As premiered on Maine Public Television!
A look into Maine life since the early 1900s through the home movie collections at NHF.
Selections from the Northeast Historic Film vaults-family donated collections of life and work since the early 1900s. A saunter through a tiny portion of our 10 million feet of vintage amateur film and home movies- from Allan Preble Robinson's horse-drawn logging on deep snow to Veilleux family lobster bakes; from E.B. White's saltwater farm and the building of his son's boat, to the Horovitz Family Collection, saved from a town dump. This collection of films will make you slow down and feel nostalgic for the "old" Maine. (Produced for NHF by Farthest Films.)
